1When are appointments available?
We’re on-call seven days a week! That’s weekdays, weekends and evenings! Appointments are available Monday through Friday, 7am – Midnight, and weekends, as well as most public holidays, 9am – 8pm.
2Do you provide service to businesses?
Yes we provide our services to residential as well as business customers. We also provide regular maintenance of laptops, desktops, workstations and servers.
3How long will my repair take?
The length of time required to complete the task cannot be predicted all the time but Eazy Computers will do its best to try and complete the task as quick as possible to the best of its abilities.
4What is the minimuim charge?
There is a minimum 1-hour charge for visiting onsite. If we happen to finish before the one hour our technicians will stay with you and provide other valuable services and advice until the 1 hour is met.
5How much do you charge?
We charge hourly for any onsite work and for some particular jobs we charge a flat fee to save you money. For jobs that are flat fee, you will only be charged for the amount agreed and never anything more.
6What if my problem returns?
All services and repairs are guaranteed for 10 days from the completion / acceptance date on the service order, if no issue is reported within this 10-day acceptance prior a new charge will apply for service.
7What payment methods do you accept?
Eazy Computers accepts cash, PayPal and credit cards.Upon completion of all work a invoice will be provided.
8Is my computer going to be sent somewhere for repair?
No absolutely not, we undertake all repairs here in our workshop in North Sydney.
9How can you offer such great priced compared to other repair services in the area?
Most of our work comes in via recommendations and repeat business; we don’t have to spend a massive amount on advertising. We have no shop front so costs are low; all work is undertaken in our workshop in North Sydney. We also believe in charging a fair price for the work we do.
10Can i come to you to fix my issue?
No sorry, at this time we only provide onsite services and do not have a shopfront. We also find that most customers prefer someone professional come out onsite and fix their issue on the spot which saves time and stress.
